Driven by my passion for Behavioral Science and Emotional Intelligence, I launched the Life@GoogleCloudFR program in 2019 at Google Cloud France. What started as an intuitive idea quickly grew into a transformative program focused on supporting professionals in balancing career success with personal well-being.

The program’s success inspired me to deepen my expertise, leading me to pursue a coaching degree in Emotional and Social Intelligence, with the support of my Google leadership team. The program’s impact was so profound that it earned four prestigious awards and led to my recognition at Accelerate, Google Cloud’s Annual Conference in the US.

Now, I’m bringing that same blend of high-achievement coaching and emotional wellness to help professionals create lives where they can thrive in both work and relationships—without compromise.

My Approach to Emotional & Social Intelligence Training

It’s All Customized: I start by asking participants about their workplace challenges and tailor the session to address those specific needs, rather than just presenting theoretical content.
Practice to Progress: I incorporate regular group breakouts and practical exercises for an engaging experience. Research shows that 20% insight and 80% practice is how the brain develops Emotional Intelligence.
Sharp & Impactful: Timing can be discussed based on your needs and budget. I guarantee impact after a 2-hour workshop, and i also offer 1- and 2-day advanced training for organizations that already have foundations in Emotional Intelligence.
